PRODUCED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA HAD DISSIPATED...WITH
LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
OF UP TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN BASED OFF
RADAR ESTIMATES AND OBSERVER REPORTS. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE DUE TO RUNOFF FROM THE HEAVY RAINFALL.
