Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northeastern Cook County through 1245 PM CDT...

At 1223 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Lincolnwood to Rogers Park to near Uptown. Movement was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around          unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Chicago, Evanston, Skokie, Niles, West Ridge, Irving Park, Lake View, Wilmette, Uptown, Edgewater, Rogers Park, Albany Park, Portage Park, Morton Grove, Lincolnwood, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Lincoln Square, North Center and Norwood Park.

Including the following interstates...  I-90 between mile markers 83 and 84.  I-94 between mile markers 39 and 43.  I-294 between mile markers 39 and 43.
