Precipitation start time is trending to begin a little later Monday (4:00 p.m. instead of 1:00 p.m.) in the form of thundershowers and thunderstorms. Lightning and thunder could last until about 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, and rain could linger until about 9:00 a.m. Tuesday. Cloud cover is on late arrival Monday morning but is forecast to be about 50% at 1:00 p.m. and 90% by 7:00 p.m.  A hazardous weather outlook indicates a Limited Thunderstorm Risk with isolated thunderstorms possible Monday afternoon through Monday night (moving east at around 25 mph). Cold mornings forecast early Thursday morning (46°F) and early Friday morning (47°F trending down from yesterday's forecast low of 49°F). The GFS model forecast Thursday and Friday forecast lows at 52°F both days.



Monday: A slight chance of showers between 3pm and 4pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 83. Southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.
